Terms of use

1. Information only. Comparisons and prices are provided as-is for general information. Vendors change prices and features; confirm on the vendor's site before buying. We are not responsible for vendors' products or services.
2. No advice. Nothing here is legal advice. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to how you contact leads (for example CAN-SPAM, TCPA and Do Not Call rules).
3. Trademarks. Product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Listing doesn't imply endorsement.
4. Content use. You may quote or link to our pages with attribution. Don't copy the site or its data in bulk.
5. Paid products. Featured placements are billed monthly, can be cancelled any time and stop at the end of the paid month; we refund the current month if we haven't yet published your placement. The data pack is sold through Gumroad: cancel any time in Gumroad, and email us within 14 days of your first charge for a refund.
6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 3 months.
