How we check prices

1. We read each vendor's own pricing or home page and record the lowest recurring price, the plans, delivery, trial and coverage. We store a short quote of the exact price text (shown on each tool page).
2. Every week a script re-fetches each page (one request per vendor, identified as LeadFeedIndex), confirms the quoted text is still there, and lists every dollar amount that appeared or disappeared.
3. A person reviews every flagged change against the live page before it is published in the change log and the weekly report.
4. Where a price isn't on the vendor's page (quote-only, or rendered by script), we say so on the tool page and give the source.

Lowest price means the cheapest recurring plan we could find, before taxes, on monthly billing unless marked "billed yearly". Free tiers are shown separately. Tables are sorted by that price; featured tools are labelled but not moved.

We don't copy vendors' data or leads; we only describe their products and prices. Product names are trademarks of their owners.
